What is your current fitness/diet routine? I try to follow the Keto diet as much as possible. For my workout plan, I follow the Bikini Body Guide (BBG) by Kayla Itsines. It is 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio with 1 rest day.
What curling iron do you use? My tried-and-true is T3’s 1.25″ barrel.
